Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Enthusiastic, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, Microsoft PowerPoint, Public Speaking

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation, Training need analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Toiletries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Orientation training for new employees of AVL.
∎ Facilitate different types of internal trainings & keep liaison with external training consultation organizations.
∎ Assist in assessing TNA, yearly or monthly training budget & calendar.
∎ Develop training modules according to the TNA & business requirement.
∎ Assist in Organizational Development related programs specially in Employee Assessment, Training, Script checking & documentation.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual training reports for higher Management of AVL.
∎ Find out new training opportunities and provide all kind of support to organize trainings.
∎ Be responsible for People Development Programs and maintain Personal training commitment.
∎ Summarize training feedback and Support as per management training and development needs.

∎ Age at most 33 years
