∎ Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc. in Textile / Apparel Manufacturing will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly inspect and monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, and take necessary corrective actions upon identifying defects.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and production partners to maintain quality standards and provide them with training and guidance as needed.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement effective preventive measures.
∎ Ensure pre-production (PP) meetings are conducted at supplier factories with proper quality guidelines.
∎ Ensure all value addition work (Print, Embroidery, Karchupi, wash) quality inspections are performed correctly and output quality is met Sailor standard.
∎ Ensure compliance with the company's quality policy and industry standards.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control procedures, checklists, and standards.
∎ Participate in quality audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with Sailor standards.
∎ Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
∎ Collaboration and Communication:
∎ Work closely with production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure quality standards are understood and met.
∎ Provide guidance and support to junior QC staff and production personnel on quality-related matters.
∎ Assist in the training of QC team members on inspection procedures and quality standards.
∎ QMS Development and Implementation:
∎ Implement, and maintain the organization's QMS framework in alignment with applicable standards.
∎ Ensure the QMS is effectively communicated and understood throughout the operations.
∎ Prepare audit reports, identify non-conformities, and track corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular quality reports for management, highlighting key quality metrics, findings, and recommendations.
∎ Utilize data to drive proactive quality initiatives and reduce defects.
∎ Quality Assurance across Production Units: (Inhouse, Value additions, Subcontract & FOB):
