Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production target & follow up to achieve the targeted production.
∎ Set up production lines/ machines based on planning, and manpower/ material availability.
∎ Monitor workers to maximize hourly production.
∎ Meet the quality requirements & delivery of products.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials.
∎ Maintain liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply of input materials.
∎ Reduce wastage & minimize rework.
∎ Maintain traceability and workplace organization.
∎ Train up the team members to increase productivity & system development.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience & thorough Knowledge of FIBC/ Woven Factory (Cutting, Printing, Sewing & Balling).
∎ Knowledge of fire and security issues.
∎ Ability to identify hazards and experience in risk management.
