Basic knowledge of programming languages.
Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Visual-Studio, Note++, VS code etc).

Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their Technology Need and provide situations.
- Maintaining of the daily operations of ERP solutions and prepare reports as required by the top management in excel or formats of ERP.
- Updating the institutional websites regularly as per approval of the authority
- Monitor, Manage and troubleshoot plant servers, network infrastructure, including switches routers.
- Responsible for maintaining CCTV cameras throughout all of offices.
- Install and configure different types of devices, computer hardware, operating systems and applications, replace parts as required.
- New user’s device allocation configures and setup Microsoft Office 365 exchange accounts and profile and give them ICT relevant training.
- Working with new projects, implement, Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations as project required.
- Participate in digester recovery with overseas team, planning and testing to ensure the organisation’s IT systems can quickly recover from a digester or unexpected outage.
- Collaborate with overseas team to design and implement IT solutions.
- Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, Technology Partners, Service Providers & consultants.
- Established and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Executing any other assignment as and when required by the Management.
