• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• Relevant certifications CCNA will be a plus.

• Proven experience as a Hardware & Network Administrator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols and hardware components.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
• Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and network-related procurement.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
• Assist with software installations and updates as required.
• Train employees on hardware and network best practices and security protocols.
• Research and recommend hardware and network upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
• Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
