Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 28 years
- Only Male
- Proven experience as a Hardware & Network Administrator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols and hardware components.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
- Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and network-related procurement.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
- Assist with software installations and updates as required.
- Train employees on hardware and network best practices and security protocols.
- Research and recommend hardware and network upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
- Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
