∎ Age at least 23 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Assist to co-ordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Assist to draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Assist to review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Assist to work to reduce wastage in different process of operation.
∎ Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
