Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Management, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the management to design and implement HR strategies, Plan & Procedures.
∎ To ensure day to day HR works are done smoothly.
∎ Ensure the right talents are in the right positions within the stipulated time against the vacant/new position.
∎ Prepare recruitment strategies, arrange interviews and on-board new hires.
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, promotion, increment ect.
∎ Develop employees and ensure good teamwork & ensure continual improvement of work process.
∎ Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated with high morale.
∎ Maintain employee attendance, leave and performance reports.
∎ Any other task required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership & organizational skills
∎ Should be a challenge taker with problem solving skills
∎ Must be flexible and capable to handle stress & pressure
∎ Must be willing to work to tight deadlines, being highly productive while managing other people.
∎ Very good knowledge in labor law.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both verbal & written.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ (Based On skills & experience)

∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
