Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority`s approval.
Maintain liaison with all supplier to get on-time PI.
Handle import operations (L/C, insurance, freight forwarding and C&F).
Assist to prepare quotation reports, draft contracts, terms and pricing agreements.
Keep liaison with Bank, shipping companies, C&F agent and factories.
Ensure the release of all relevant documents from bank before berthing the container.
Ensure the quality of raw materials delivered to factory to maintain the quality of the end product.
Select & negotiate with vendors on the basis of offering price for foreign purchase.
