Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to take over the shift from previous shift In-charge;
∎ Prepare the daily work plan of machine according to the work order;
∎ Assist to set up the machine parameters according to the requirement;
∎ Formulate a standard recipe for the finishing chemicals;
∎ Assist to provide continuous guidance to the supervisors for machine utilization and target fabric specification;
∎ Assist to ensure that all lab test reports (shrinkage, spirality, fastness etc.) are recorded as per batch monitoring;
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine & Monitor the production to complete the required time;
∎ Monitor & Follow-up that all safety, security of machine operation as per SOP;
∎ Co-ordinate with dyeing, quality assurance, laboratory and others department;
∎ Assist to ensure proper utilization of manpower;
∎ Minimize the rejection of fabric & Chemicals;
∎ Monitor that the man, machine & materials are properly used;
∎ Assist to plan for machine servicing with maintenance department;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required
∎ Focus on Data driven approach.
∎ Team oriented, collaboration & relationship management.
∎ Preference Proven Work Experience.
