Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B. (4 years Hons) / LL.M. from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve any kind of civil and criminal cases up to final settlement.
∎ Prepare and verify legal drafts such as MOU, agreement as per company requirement to ensure company's legal interest.
∎ Conduct legal verification of personnel file of newly recruited employees for confirming the authenticity of the information.
∎ Look after and resolve field force absconding/defaulter/monetary defalcation/ misconduct issues of the company.
∎ Provide expert legal opinion in different matters including land related issues and verify land documents to ascertain clean title of landed property.
∎ Monitor all sorts of activities related to insurance claim management and ensure the desired claim in respect of vehicle (including motorcycle), health and life insurance, property insurance in connection with the respective insurance company.
∎ Conduct legal verification of personnel file of newly recruited employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 1-3 years professional work experience in the corporate legal area or as a practicing lawyer is mandatory with Bar Council enrollment.
∎ The incumbent should have knowledge of functions and activities of a legal processing unit; legal office forms, documents, terminology and filing requirements; criminal, civil and court procedures and court operations.
∎ Sound knowledge about Labor Law, Land Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Commercial Law and in depth grasp of Bangladesh legal system.
∎ Excellent written drafting/oral communication skills (both in English and Bangla) with sound knowledge in MS office package are essential.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Age limit 35 (thirty five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
