Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documents for bank, loans, L/C and other requirements of the company.
∎ Prepare documentation for confirming bank for add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
∎ Prepare documentation for banks for timely collection of proceeds realization certificate (PRC), authorization of Invoices such as Tax, Commercial and Pro forma Invoice
∎ Prepare all commercial documents (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.)
∎ Find the correct HS code, Customs Act and other related laws applicable for export & Import.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to import activities and inform Manager as required.
∎ Handle and follow up the procedure of UD from BGMEA/BTMEA and Export Orders.
∎ Any other job assign time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Conversant with MS Office Especially MS Word and Ms. Excel
∎ Adequate knowledge of HS code, Customs Act and other related laws applicable for export & Import
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to communicate effectively
∎ Proactive
