∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of handling all work independently with cash incentives related to all work.
∎ Coordinate and follow-up with the bank, BGMEA/BTMA, Nominated Audit firm & other related offices.
∎ Capable of handling and follow up import & export documents and maintaining all related documents regarding cash incentives.
∎ Monitor the sale contract shipment status to proceed & prepare all formalities to avail of the cash incentive facility.
∎ Collect Proceed Realization Certificate and Back to Back LCs Certificate for Cash Incentive Purpose.
∎ Responsible to calculate amount to be claimed as cash incentive as per government regulations.
∎ Responsible to clarify queries and submitting missing documents, in order to answer observations raised by the nominated auditor, after everything is fulfill, Cash Incentive Certificate will be emitted.
∎ Maintain all customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ Manage efficiently the customs & bond license audit, renewal and related activities & familiar with custom rules and import related work and activity in practically.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers to take inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information to the factory management.
∎ Must be able to work independently and have sufficient knowledge about the Customs, VAT and Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Follow up DEDO matters (Co-efficient submission & taking refund).
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per plan
