Responsibilities & Context:
- Boost Up Sales by coordinating with the sales team
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with manufacturers for repair / replacement of Spare partsInstall, calibrate, and test medical equipment at client sites (hospitals, clinics, labs).
- Provide technical training to healthcare staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation of installations, maintenance, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate equipment features to potential clients.
- Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities
