1-3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (Cardiac/Surgical products preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within Dhaka
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting)
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell Cardiac Surgery, General Surgery Instruments, Sutures & others product to hospitals and healthcare facilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiac surgeons, OT staff, and hospital procurement teams
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and support clinical procedures when required
Identify new customers and business opportunities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
