Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of VAT, invoicing, billing, and delivery documentation.
- Understanding of LC, TT, and bank-related processes.
- Basic store/inventory management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales invoices and bills according to customer PO requirements.
Visit customer locations for collection of outstanding payments.
Maintain store and inventory records, including stock entry, issuing, and reporting.
Coordinate with the delivery team/person to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Process tender documents, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Handle bank-related activities such as account operations, LC processing, and TT documentation.
Support sales, administrative, and commercial activities as required
