Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting product features and advantages.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Assist in preparing quotations, pricing, and negotiation with customers.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.
Production Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between the sales/marketing team and production department to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure products are delivered within deadlines.
• Check product quality and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist in solving production-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of production orders.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Provide feedback from customers to the production team for continuous improvement.
