∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration or Commerce
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Pro-forma Invoice as per requirement of Buyer
∎ LC follow-up from provided PI & scrutinize clean LC
∎ Monitor the daily stock report & prepare delivery plan for sending yarn by store department.
∎ Monitor and ensure up-to-date goods movement record and data are correctly updated in the system
∎ Prepare sales statements as required.
∎ Assist the manager to identify and develop improvements of plans for the sales planning.
∎ Manage the order processing in SAP
∎ Delivery follow-up regularly for different buyers.
∎ Prepare commercial documents, Submit to buyers, follow-up the acceptance timely
∎ Prepare post documents, submit to bank.
∎ Follow-up bank maturity & payments from different buyers.
∎ Attend customer complain along with technical team and contact for customer feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge on commercial procedures, terms & banking.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer operating system
Salary: Negotiable
