Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Co-ordinate all reporting work given by DMD.2. Prepare pro-forma invoice (PI) and submit their scanned copy to the buyer through mail.3. Following up the dyeing order and production with a high degree of personal responsibilities.4. Prepare sample order given by the buyer and place them to the factory (If marketing juniors are out).5. Daily L/C cross-check with commercial.6. Correspond all mail from buyer and contract with buyer over the phone.7. Prepare daily issue PI report and dyeing order report and weekly PI report.8. Respond to customers queries and provide the fast feedback accordingly.9. Daily communicating with various department like commercial, dyeing and production.10. Maintain a coordination with sales and marketing team.11. Updating yarn price list.12. Program development and prepare meeting reports .13. Updating customer wise master file.14. Maintain necessary records, documents and database.
