• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for big Construction work.

• Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.

• Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.

• To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.

• Monitoring and supervising day-to-day construction work on projects.

• Making a plan to complete the job in the scheduled time.

• Drawing and Maintaining official documents.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing, and Communicating with email.

• Structural Design making with Auto CAD, and Rivet Architect software.

• Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.

• Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.

• Follow-up on all Civil works.

• Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.

• Need to travel frequently & visit various locations in & outside of Dhaka for construction work.
