Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor’s Degree in EEE or equivalent technical discipline (preferred)·       

• Additional training or exposure in Sales & Marketing in calibration will be an advantage.

• 3 to 4 years

• Experienced in sales & marketing, preferably in the TIC sector, garments sector or relevant sector.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in the relevant field.

• Skilled in communication, negotiation and decision-making.

Sales & Business Development

• Promote calibration services to industrial, manufacturing, and regulated sectors such as garments & textiles, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, power plants, engineering, laboratories and relevant factories.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing SGS clients and new local accounts requiring calibration support.

• Conduct frequent client visits across industrial zones to understand customer needs and service gaps.

• Create new sources of business through market mapping, industrial networking, referrals and cold calls.

• Drive cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities for calibration services within existing customer portfolios.

Client Management & Negotiation

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and professional engagement.

• Handle sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization within approved guidelines.

Coordination With Operations

• Coordinate closely with Calibration Lab, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• Follow up on service execution, turnaround time and customer feedback to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Support resolution of customer complaints related to calibration services in coordination with internal teams.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Analyze sales data and prepare sales performance reports.

• Ensure achievement of assigned individual and group sales targets.

• Provide market insights and customer feedback to management for business improvement initiatives.
