Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure daily sales demand and delivery (demand Vs. delivery shortage) on time and update all types of sales data of Seed and Agro Enterprise

  • Monitor day to day receivable by the clients (Retails, Dealers and others) of sales of Enterprises

  • Ensure logistic support (Stationary, SIM, ID card, Motorcycle and others) of sales team

  • Ensure data collection, analyse and prepare sales report as per the management requirement

  • Prepare damage report and inventory status report monthly basis and submit to the management

  • Analyze sales gap and submit report to the management

  • Maintain paper, file and retrieve documents, electronic files/records/reports

  • Ensure attendance, staff tracking, Staff requisition, Replacement, Leave, Transfer, Release order, Separation process of sales staff

  • Ensure field visit as per the management requirement

  • Assist to organize sales training and meeting for Sales employee and maintain liaison with other departments of the organization (HR, BLC, Procurement, Transport etc.)

  • Prepare report as per management requirement

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
