Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in HRM, business administration, management, commerce or a related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all personnel records (as per check list) of the regional staff in approved formats and in strict confidentiality: these will include appointment letters, salary history, performance scores, leave balances, any disciplinary action taken etc.
∎ Develop a clear defined relational in line with Clinic Manager & Admin Assistant where every clinic issue must be addressed, communicated and resolved accordingly.
∎ Carry out all Admin functions of the regional office: these will include negotiating leases in coordination with HQ Admin, ensure timely payment of rentals, utilities, arrange logistical support for travel by regional staff, process hotel bills and per- diems, procure basic office supplies, event management and so on.
∎ Maintain an updated regional HRIS with all the necessary data of all the clinics under that region, specifically database on leave management, separation of employment, and short term Employment Contract under Purchase Services etc.
∎ Prepare and provide monthly/quartedy consolidated HR report to the HQ-HR department as per approved formats
∎ Under the guidance of the RM and with the assistance of HQ, support clinics under the regional office in the recruitment and onboarding of clinic staff, separation of staff, inter clinic transfer within the region, maintain an updated HRIS, employee performance management, HR related training and Admin issues.
∎ In consultation with the RM and the HQ - HR, manage employee grievances in compliance with approved policies.
∎ Ensure monthly at least 6 clinic visit with a detail HR & Administrative findings report and share with HQ HR monthly followed by necessary communication/training that support the creation of an office culture that is based on the values of commitment, performance, accountability, integrity and respect for all.
∎ Actively engaged to implement and handle all type of disciplinary actions against staff found to be guilty of committing misconduct as per approved policy with the advice of RM and HQ. Also maintain a disciplinary logbook to keep track all the issues and assist to plan for pro-active remedy with Regional & HQ management.
∎ Monitor and execute all functional compliance related to travel and other regularly issues to clinics under the regional office (approved HR and Admin policies) and provide on the job coaching periodically

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of hands on HR experience in a mid- level position with exposure to all aspects of personnel and HR management
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others.
∎ Willing to travel extensively
