• Graduation /Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology from any reputed university .

• At least 3 years

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).

• Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.

• To follow up all the processes against required quality standards in order to ensure QMS as per buyer requirement & implement it .

• Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements.

• To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.

• Lead quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, and finishing.

• Train all quality inspectors, and quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.

• Develop quality SOP, quality Manual for good quality management.

• Total Quality Management, Implementation and Continual Improvement.

• Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.

• Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement.

• Doing PS audit & ensure PS requirement to train all quality inspectors, and quality staff about basic PS requirements.

• Keep all quality documentation & SOP of quality.

• Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section & manpower based on it.

• Manage & monitor training for all quality personnel for better quality.

• Work with Buying QC for a better understanding of quality requirements & present during the audit.

• All types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting.

• Conduct technical, quality seminar.

• Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.

• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.

• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch basis).

• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.

• Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
