Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Garments, Triple Apparels Ltd. (Lingerie Garments) under Partex Star Group is looking for an Executive, Quality for its Lingerie Garments located at Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
∎ The position only for Quality Executive - Lingerie and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.

∎ Job Location: Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review daily attendance & line up.
∎ Take a short meeting about daily quality reports & special issues.
∎ Review all QC reports and take necessary action for improvement.
∎ Review Daily, Weekly, and Monthly analysis report & defect percentage. Take action to achieve the goal.
∎ Review daily highest three defect report and take meeting with respective people.
∎ Attend PP meeting - check the pattern, operation chart, sample, MO & swatch to make sure there is no discrepancies.
∎ Arrange line feeding meeting.
∎ During Line lay out personally involvement & fix up operation standard as per operation chart, MO, swatch & sample.
∎ Confirm process standards (Mock Up) are given every individual processes and production going based on the standard.
∎ Confirm each operation is maintaining all requirements given in the operation chart.
∎ Confirm Traffic Light system are maintaining in every process.
∎ Ensure critical measurements are correct in the process given by technician.
∎ Prepare first production report with identifying all quality issues & have a meeting with Quality, Production and Technical people.
∎ First production garments send to merchandiser to ensure bulk production is ok as per approved trims.
∎ Make sure individual inspectors work instructions are given.
∎ Daily inspect individual lines product quality and take corrective action of identified issues.
∎ If any critical operations quality not meeting up to the standard, work with technical Manager to get standard quality.
∎ Hourly review QI reports, manage QI's hourly check balance and hourly defective garments repair.
∎ Check MO and confirm required samples are picked up from bulk production before complete 100% qty.
∎ Attend daily quality meeting to discuss trouble shooting and achieve the goal.
∎ Train the QI's and supervisor's with record to their improvement.
∎ Confirm End table QI, Inline QI and Supervisor are doing their daily routine.
∎ Confirm bundle wise production in each process, End table received and bundle wise delivery.
∎ Confirm label procedure is maintained properly in the sewing line.
∎ Discuss departmental head if too many defects are found in the produced garments and take necessary arrangement for fix the process and repairing the defective garments.
∎ All QC report & documentation has to be right way, right time & properly keeping minimum six month.
