• Knowledge about Fabric types and characteristics, washing technique, chemical, quality standards and operation process
• Ability to supervise a team
• Analytical skill

• Ability to maintain proper documentation
• Attention to detail

• Ensure final inspection and determine a corrective action planning for problematic fabrics / garments by checking quality reports and send back for reprocessing to dyeing and finishing if required in discussion with the supervisor

• Review buyer tolerance % and carry out on-time quality assessment measures through 4-point system to ensure customer satisfaction

• Study quality manuals / upcoming new style and ensure online and offline quality parameters

• Supervisors and Quality controllers to meet on-time quality assessment targets

• Implement Quality policy and SOPs through team

• Identify defects, analyze root cause and take corrective action plan
