∎ B.Sc in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all aspects of Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory within the facilities
∎ Monitor quality of raw materials regularly in order to maintain product quality
∎ Check the quality parameter of every batch of the finished products
∎ Confirm Physical inspection and quality checking of packaging materials to reduce incidents and improve performance
∎ Handle customer complaints and solve the problem efficiently
∎ Work closely with factory operation to run the whole procedure smoothly
∎ Assure the company complies with product safety and establish the Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) in the milling process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
