∎ BSc in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & develop an effective QC team & technical staff who are involved in all quality-related issues in injection, extrusion, ink filling & chamfering production line.
∎ Ensure Ball Pen & stationery product quality by proper inspection.
∎ Perform & monitor the various type of tests like- writing tests, shelf-life tests, pull tests, etc.
∎ Perform & coordinate inspection to ensure QA and QC by testing raw materials (Ball pen ink tips) & finished goods.
∎ Make daily quality reports, analyze & feedback for corrective action, solutions & improvement.
∎ Apply six sigma to improve productivity & quality.
∎ Gather customer feedback/complaints to further improve the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be capable to use write test machine, Microscope & humidity Chamber, etc.
∎ Must have Knowledge of pen & stationary-related products.
