Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure quality standards throughout the production process of IMEVA and Leather footwear products.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and compliance records.
Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations as per company and industry standards.
