Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Monitor and update buyer's running order and report status to related department.
∎ -Review all inline/final inspection report and conduct counter inspection of fabric then make final decision.
∎ -Coordinate with PMC & delivery section on transfer of fabric which are passed on all quality parameters.
∎ -Monitor and inform quality problem & details at the start of production of every order to related department for corrective action.
∎ -Monitor the dye lot inspection, preparation and submission and provide update to related department.
∎ -Coordinate with testing department for test results & inform to concern department in case of failed results to have corrective action.
∎ -Maintain shade, gsm, continuity & inspection reports for Buyer's reference during visits.
∎ -Visit buyer's office for quality & technical discussions if necessary.
∎ -Follow urgent work order.
∎ -Make weight sheet and release fabrics to store.
∎ -Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
∎ -Give continuous guideline to the subordinate.
∎ -Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
