∎ Age at least 24 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and update buyer’s running order and report status to related department;
∎ Review all inline/final inspection report and conduct counter inspection of fabric then make final decision;
∎ Coordinate with PMC & delivery section on transfer of fabric which are passed on all quality parameters;
∎ Monitor and inform quality problem & details at the start of production of every order to related department for corrective action;
∎ Monitor the dye lot inspection, preparation and submission and provide update to related department;
∎ Coordinate with testing department for test results & inform to concern department in case of failed results to have corrective action;
∎ Maintain shade, GSM, continuity & inspection reports for Buyer’s reference during visits;
∎ Visit buyer’s office for quality & technical discussions if necessary; Follow urgent work order;
∎ Make weight sheet and release fabrics to store;
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower;
∎ Give continuous guideline to the subordinate.
∎ To check and decide on shade and quality based on first batch approval of all batches received for packing during.
∎ To ensure root cause analysis of batches having major defect.
∎ Complete process route and other information should be mentioned in the inspection report.
∎ To conduct and give the official report of first batch analysis for every order after full processing of the batch.
∎ To give internal mail to related department for those batches that failed in inspection due to major defect.
∎ To maintain QA process and documentation for audit purposes and buyers’ visits.
