• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology or relevant subject from any reputed University.

• 4 to 5 years

• Age At least 26 years

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).

• Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.

• Need to participate in PP meeting and follow up Sample .

• Follow-up (TOP, Shipping, Rack, Testing etc.) samples and line feeding and processes.

• Follow up size set correction and give Corrective action for any issue about cutting.

• Need to review first line output & give comments & approval.

• Brief the style wise important areas/point with relevant QA team.

• Follow finishing return & audit pass rate & discuss with relevant sewing team and pre final audits.

• If audit fails more need to discuss with relevant Sewing team.

• Follow up DHU % & finishing return & get corrective action.

• Discuss inline findings with relevant personnel.

• If any defects quantity (shading, measurement out etc) is more, discuss with relent sewing people & get corrective action.

• Provide proper guidance & training QA-team.
