Responsibilities & Context:
- Need to participate in PP meeting & follow up sample;
- Need to follow up line feeding and processes;
- Follow-up Shipping samples & size set correction;
- Give Corrective action for any issue about cutting;
- Need to communicate with Embellishment section if any issues on embellishment;
- Need to review first line output & give comments & approval;
- Brief the style wise important areas/point with relevant QA team;
- Follow finishing return & audit pass rate & discuss with relevant sewing executive;
- Need to discuss with merchandiser or buyer if need any approval;
- Provide continues feedback about customer safety issues;
- If audit fails more need to discuss with relevant Executive;
- Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action;
- Need to follow up pre-final audits; Discuss inline findings with relevant personnel;
- If any defects quantity (shading, measurement out etc.) is more, need to discuss with relent sewing people & get corrective action;
- Proper guidance & training QA-team;
- Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve;
