Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Garment Technology, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

Hands-on experience in print quality control (screen, sublimation, heat transfer, and digital printing) within the apparel industry.

Strong knowledge of color matching, print techniques, fabric behavior, and print durability standards.

Ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Familiarity with buyer standards and quality inspection procedures (AQL, inline, and final inspection).

Good communication and reporting skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between production, merchandising, and technical teams.

Inspect printed garments/fabrics during and after the printing process to ensure they meet customer and company quality standards & Monitor printing parameters (color matching, registration, alignment, print position, sharpness, curing, etc.).

Conduct inline and final inspections of printed goods.

Identify print defects (e.g., misprints, color variation, bleeding, ghosting, improper curing) & analyze the root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.

Work closely with production and maintenance teams to prevent recurring issues.

Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines are strictly followed & verify that screens, inks, and chemicals used are correct as per the approved sample.

Maintain detailed inspection records and daily quality reports & Record and report non-conformities and communicate them to relevant departments as well as participate in quality audits and assist with corrective/preventive action plans.

Liaise with printing supervisors, quality inspectors, and production teams to ensure consistent quality & Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams for approvals and print sample verifications.

Suggest improvements in processes to enhance print quality and reduce rejection rates & Support training initiatives for printing operators and helpers regarding quality standards.
