∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Applied Chemistry/ Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect, test and ensure quality of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished products.
∎ Observe and monitor production, operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and execute or advice necessary process adjustments.
∎ Discuss inspection results with those who are responsible for production and recommend necessary corrective actions.
∎ Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting standard specifications.
∎ Operate and maintain all lab equipment properly.
∎ Prepare and submit QC operation report daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Prepare and review SOP for all lab machines.
∎ Maintain and update the QC records into system (SAP).
∎ Ensure proper use of PPE of all lab staff.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
