Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring hygiene and freshness of the purchased raw food materials.
∎ Accepting or rejecting finished food items according to the standard measures.
∎ Ensuring documentation of the inspection process which includes detailed reports and records.
∎ Recommending corrective measures when deficiency is spotted in the process.
∎ Guiding the food catering team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in food production along with food safety in F & B industry.
