∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to monitor all the process (Mixing, processing & Packaging) of Ruti/Chapati.
∎ To ensure the personal & plant hygiene, sanitation & floor cleaning of the production floor.
∎ To monitor & ensure all the quality parameters in every steps of production.
∎ Will be responsible to prepare all the report regarding quality related issues of the plant as and when required.
∎ Have to cross check all the parameters with the SOP.
∎ Maintain hygiene & GMP weekly audit.
∎ Actively work with the team and to assist for achieving full/high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards.
∎ Must be capable of setting priorities and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Bakery, GMP, HACCP, GHK & FSMS

Salary: Negotiable
