∎ BSc in Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production targets and follow up to achieve the targeted production.
∎ Set up production lines/machines based on planning manpower and material availability.
∎ Monitor workers to maximize hourly production.
∎ Meet the quality requirements and delivery of products.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower equipment, facilities, and materials.
∎ Maintain liaison with stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply of materials.
∎ Maintain good co-operation with related departments to ensure smooth production.
∎ Reduce wastage and minimize reworks.
∎ Train up the team members to increase productivity & system development.
∎ Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean work environment.
∎ Prepare different types of reports such as production reports, machine downtime, utilization report, and assumption of raw materials reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates having working experience in tissue plants will get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge about the production process of Tissue.
∎ Practical experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Email correspondence.
∎ Interpersonal skills & Reporting skills.
