Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Executing production activities as per plan using man, machine, and material to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Organizing resources, including receiving raw materials from the store and transferring finished goods to the warehouse.
∎ Organizing record keeping and documentation of process parameters and production data.
∎ Improving cost and process management.
∎ Assessing the bottleneck in the production process and suggesting improvements.
∎ Building team spirit within the workforce for a better environment and setting a standard level of housekeeping.
∎ Motivating the workforce to improve productivity at all levels of production.
∎ Informing instantly to immediate supervisor about any deviation from routine production.
