Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge all functions under direct control and supervision of Line Manager.
∎ Prepare monthly production schedule & execute it based on plan.
∎ Take charge of quality control activities and ensure quality of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) & Finished Goods (FG).
∎ Ensure RM/PM arability for day-to-day operation, calculate the requirement & raise demand based on requirement.
∎ Prepare daily production report & communicate with concerned department.
∎ People management, providing technical guidance to the employees, measuring operational performance.
∎ Ensure Autonomous Maintenance and supervise Preventive Maintenance (electrical & mechanical) activities in collaboration with maintenance department. Closely work with Maintenance Department for spare parts availability & indent based on demand.
∎ Ensure high standard of cleaning on shop fioor & build culture to sustain it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Must have leadership qualities, initiative, self-drive, self-motivated and capabilities to properly supervise & handle employees working under this post.
∎ Must be flexible, continual improvement mentality and polite behavior.
∎ Must have good command over both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skills with MS Office & AutoCAD is essential.
∎ Basic knowledge on Lean Manufacturing (5S, TPM, Kaizen, etc.)
