Additional Requirements:
- Relevant experience and thorough knowledge in the processing and finishing aspects of PP woven factory, including Tapeline, Loom, Lamination, Multiwall, Auto-sewing and Baling.
- Significant experience in the operation of Multiwall and Lamination Machines.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office package.

Job Context
Unique Cement Fibre Industries Limited (UCFIL) is the sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), seeking for executive in the Production Department. This role involves supervising manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards, particularly focusing on the processing and finishing aspects. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement efforts and will report directly to the Plant Head.
Job Responsibilities
Set clear production targets and diligently track progress to ensure timely achievement.
Collaborate with teams to set up production lines based on planning and resource availability.
Ensure smooth shift operations and prioritize the safety of workers and machinery.
Implement close monitoring systems to optimize hourly production rates.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth supply of input materials.
Meet delivery schedules and consistently uphold quality requirements.
Set up traceability systems and uphold workplace organization.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials to optimize outcomes.
Reduce rework and waste in production processes through implemented strategies.
