∎ Age 24 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having experience with all types of electrical and electronics machineries used garments production.
∎ Maintenance, troubleshooting of all kind of sewing machines.
∎ Motor (AC/DC/Servo) commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting.
∎ Having sound knowledge about Auto cutting and spreading machine.
∎ Having knowledge about heat press machine, elastic joining machine.
∎ Taking preventive measure, troubleshooting & day to day maintenance of cutting, sewing and others related machineries.
∎ Having sound knowledge about AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
∎ Should aware about electric work safety and electric compliance issues.
∎ Having knowledge about PLC, Electronics circuit, Drives, Inverter, Programming and repairing etc.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on overall production related machineries according to the given plan from senior management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
