∎ B.Sc in Food Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Candy, Lollipop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize resources including receiving Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and production equipment to run smooth operation.
∎ Supervise operators in order to ensure smooth production of Candy and Lollipop.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production plan and execute them in proper way.
∎ Execute the production process as per Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Participate in production process to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of Candy and Lollipop.
∎ Identify problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions of production.
∎ Assist the supervisor to prepare the production budget, develop quality and improve efficiency of production methods.
∎ Ensure and monitor employee safety, maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the production premises.
∎ Assist the supervisor in order to prepare different types of report (e.g. Production report, production forecast etc.) and submit those to the management when required.
∎ Maintain communication with other departments for ensuring production in a timely manner.

∎ Good communication & coordination skill
∎ Problem solving capacity
∎ Knowledge on safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
