∎ BSc. in Food Technology/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with production in-charge to analyze sales orders and develop production tasks and schedule for production teams.
∎ Arranging team meeting to discuss production plan and challenges. Subsequently suggest effective way out to achieve productions goal.
∎ Organizing production team, provide training & direction whenever necessary.
∎ Ensuring safety stock of raw materials and packaging materials at production floor for uninterrupted production by maintaining FIFO & LIFO method.
∎ Minimizing unnecessary production cost and wastage by using lean management and six sigma tools.
∎ Identifying production related problems, analyze root causes and suggest possible solutions.
∎ Providing daily production report to Production in-charge and meet the production target as per sales order.
∎ Ensuring hygiene and safety environment all over factory floor.
∎ Planning and executing delivery of finished goods with set period.
∎ Ensuring that final product meet the set out quality standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to be skilled in Chanachur, Jam, Jelly, Sauce & Ketchup Production.
