Candidates having experience on production of Sauce, Roti, Cream Roll, Toast, Dry Cake, Cookies, Honey Comb, Cup Cake and other Bakery items will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Executing production activities as per plan using man, machine, and material to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Organizing resources, including receiving raw materials from the store and transferring finished goods to the warehouse.
Organizing record keeping and documentation of process parameters and production data.
Improving cost and process management.
Assessing the bottleneck in the production process and suggesting improvements.
Building team spirit within the workforce for a better environment and setting a standard level of housekeeping.
Motivating the workforce to improve productivity at all levels of production.
Informing instantly to immediate supervisor about any deviation from routine production.
