Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate product ideas, and develop mold & packaging.
∎ Use of raw material in IMM & extrusion line.
∎ Plan for floor injection molding machine production schedule.
∎ Plan for extruder, chamfering, ink filling, assembly, and blister machine production schedule.
∎ Apply six sigma to improve productivity & ensure product quality.
∎ Reduce manpower costs by modifying machines and adding new features of machines.
∎ plan to set manpower in appropriate areas & product management
∎ Manage sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, support, and finally, product end of life.
∎ Create, maintain, and adjust the product-line-level strategy and production schedules.
∎ Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Auto Cad design.
∎ To know the production process of injection, extrusion, ink filling & chamfering machine
