Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (size set cutting, PP meeting, pilot Run) and priority based work progressing.
∎ Follow up the implementation of the production plan, update the production plan from time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Arrange the Pre-Production meeting to determine production target and assure the achievement on time.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Distribute production plan to all related production staff and arrange production meetings to implement the plan.
∎ Prepare the cutting report, buyer wise production report, recheck report, input report, closing stock statement, WIP/line balancing, hourly production report, and style wise summary report. Follow up the shipment and ensure on time shipment through chasing finishing team for on time final arrangement of shipment and ensuring right time shipment.
∎ Monthly shipment status identifying and explaining short or access
∎ Monitor daily production and tracking section wise production

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Garments Industry
