• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in product sourcing, vendor negotiation, and content management
• Basic understanding of website management and software coordination
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Software Teting & Quality Assurance (plus)
• Technical Content Writting (plus)

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, business-driven, and capable of bridging vendor, sales, product and website operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to develop and execute product management strategies aligned with company goals.

• Source, evaluate, and manage product portfolios across hardware, software, and IT solutions.

• Maintain and update the company website (www.ngenitltd.com) with the latest product offerings and accurate information.

• Communicate and negotiate with principals, distributors, and vendors to secure the most competitive pricing for sales quotations.

• Assign and distribute daily sales quotations to the sales team, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

• Collaborate with the software and web team for website content, administration, and product catalog management.

• Oversee product content quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client and company standards.

• Test and review product listings, pricing, and descriptions to ensure accuracy before publishing.

• Support cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, IT sales support, or vendor relations (experience in IT/Software/Hardware industry preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and principal interactions.

• Knowledge of IT solutions, hardware, and licensed software products will be a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with website administration or content management systems (CMS).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
