Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer/ Telecommunication.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare of sample testing report for all new product.
∎ To maintenance the process of product ordering to mass production.
∎ To collect BTRC related documents.
∎ To submit all application of BTRC for import permission and follow up full procedure until getting NOC.
∎ To collect of required software, service manual and necessary solution kits regarding service from supplier for removing of all handset related problems.
∎ To have adequate knowledge about handset repair ( Level-1, Level-2, Level-3).
∎ To check product quality as per guidelines.
