• Tack pack received from M&M team through mail and keep soft copy & print out one copy for sample making.
• Review style wise Tack pack, if found any critical process and design problem which difficult for smooth production then discuss with Tech manager and get back to buying technician team through mail for the issues.
• Clarify with regional office if their doubt, unclear point before proceeding.
• If tack pack is okay, then share it with relevant pattern maker & explain everything to pattern maker. Make sure pattern is developed as the specification and material behavior.
• Do the risk analysis meeting with relevant team with Teck pack before proceeding the pattern (Pattern maker, Sewing, Cutting, Quality, Mechanic & IE).
• Check the hard pattern with finalize spec before handover to PDC cutting team.
• Ensure stripe matching, mirroring/paring during cutting during cutting and provide information to material costing.
• If have any fabric, sewing thread & accessories quality related issues, then talk with the relevant M&M & take approval by mail from M&M team.
• Follow up the sample at sewing running time & if found any abnormalities then highlight to Operation-AM.
• Provide technical solution to sewing team leader & sample maker when sample making running.
• Make sure dummy fitting and take photo before dispatch the sample. (Based on customer requirement)
• Sample review sheet, Fit log, prescreening review and update in PLM with photo & send soft copy to buyer by mail. (Based on customer requirement), Ensure all relevant documents are update on PLM before submitting.
• Any technical problem directly communicates with buyer by mail.
