• Fresh Graduate/1 years of experience in product design and development at plastic or relevant industry

• 1 to 3 years

Mandatory Software Skills
1. SOLIDWORKS

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring product quality and feasibility. Additionally, the Executive, Product Development plays a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance product performance and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consumer Plastic Product Design and Development. 

• New Product Concept Design and Planning.

• Prepare Concept design into (DFM) Design for Manufacturability.

• Existing product modification for new development.

• Provide exclusive renders of 3D products using Keyshot.

• Conduct FEA & CFD simulations for analyzing product stress, strain etc.

• New Product market analysis and Benchmarking with the existing Products.

• Design Lab management and 3D printing.

• Rapid Prototyping through FDM & SLA 3D printing.

• Working on Product Life Cycle extension work.
